Pastor David W. Smith has been pastor of Victory Apostolic Church since 2013.  For many years prior to becoming pastor, he assisted his father and founder of Victory Apostolic Church, Bishop Wayne Smith. Pastor David Smith has been pursuing the work his father instilled in him to continue to reach the community of Franklin Parish.  

We are blessed with the musical talents of our Pastor, his wife, and his children, in singing and playing musical instruments.  Pastor David has recorded many musical projects and still enjoys song writing. He is also a public educator at a local school teaching 8th grade English &  Language Arts. 

He married Amy Acord Smith from Louisville, Kentucky in the year 1999. She attended Jackson College of Ministries in 1996-97. Amy enjoys homeschooling their children and singing.  Amy is a graphic designer for many businesses and churches.

They have three precious children, Cameron, Adriel, and Chloe, who are all a special blessing to the ministries at Victory Apostolic Church.   Their musical, ministerial, and creative talents are all enhancements to the church. ​
